APhA-ASP Operation Diabetes has partnered with the American Diabetes Association, Novo Nordisk, and Kroger Pharmacy to provide diabetes education at the Knoxville Celebrity Chef Diabetes Expo. This event will feature vendor booths covering all aspects of diabetes management, expert educational sessions, and a live cooking demonstration by Curtis Aikens. Student pharmacists will provide blood pressure and blood glucose screenings as well as smoking cessation education.
